Due to the highly personalised nature of these services, refunds are not typically offered once work has commenced.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact me directly, and I will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

• Change of mind after the project has started
• Delays caused by incomplete or late client information

If a refund is approved, it may be partial and will reflect the proportion of work already completed.
