You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your clinic or practice to use our services. Services are available in the UK and internationally, subject to local regulations.

3. Consulting Agreements

All services are provided under a written agreement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be confirmed before any engagement begins.

Invoices are issued by Circularconnex. Delayed payments may result in paused work or additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

 All reports, audits, and materials are for your clinic’s internal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and project materials are treated as strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Circularconnex Ltd provides professional guidance and reporting to the best of its ability. We do not guarantee outcomes or supplier performance. Circularconnex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.. 

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us, and we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
